[edit] Overview
The Citizen is one of two Paradise City Police vehicles, having the unit number of 731 the same number that was on the police car in Burnout 2: Point Of Impact. The Citizen can come in 3 color schemes to pick from: The basic police Black and White (as shown in the picture), fully White and finally fully Blue with Yellow letters and decals, with a push guard in front adding more power to it's hits and blue and red lights on the roof which can be activated by pressing L3 (Cagney update only!). The Hunter Citizen is a high powered muscle car with massive speed, boost, and strength. Its only disadvantages are its handling and acceleration. The turning difficulty can best be described as the turning speed and radius of a battleship. Its best use is as a Road Rage Car due to its high strength and speed and is also where its turning radius is less of a problem. Also worth noting is its lack of the dreaded Pit and T-Bone weakness. This car is also good in Marked Man events as long as the route taken does not have too many turns.
[edit] Description
Paradise City's idea of law enforcement. It's more like a battle cruiser than a police cruiser. It takes an age to turn, but you'd need a torpedo to stop it!
[edit] How to Unlock
Win 98 events, then shut it down.
[edit] Resemblence
The Hunter Citizen most resembles a new Dodge Charger Police Package.
